From the M4:  leave the motorway at junction 18 and join the A46 towards Stroud.  Go straight on at the traffic lights by the Cross Hands pub and continue until Petty France.  Shortly after Petty France turn left towards Hawkesbury Upton.  Continue through the village of Hawkesbury Upton.  Shortly after leaving the village you will see a large monument on your right.  Turn left immediately opposite the monument.  This is a narrow downwards hill with passing places (expect to meet a vehicle coming up).

 Continue to the bottom of the hill, go over the cattle grid and straight on past a few houses.  Take the first turning on the right (it is a no through road) Severn View Farm is then the first property on the right.  It takes about 10 minutes from the M4 to get to us.
